“After 10 weeks of adjusting my eating habits and following the FBF plan… I lost 3″ from my waist, 2″ from my hips, and 3.5″ from my chest.
I can get into my skinny shorts again, and I feel great!
My husband supported me throughout my FBF experience by joining me in my quest for a more healthy and fit lifestyle.
In doing so, he was able to help himself and lost 17.5 lbs!
Our goal was to get back to our wedding day
